COVID policy

As things reopen from COVID, your safety and comfort will remain Susanne’s highest priority! Exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and health have always been a daily practice in the office. During the pandemic, Susanne implemented additional protocols and she will keep those in place for the future.

Susanne sees only one client at a time. Ample time is scheduled between clients to properly sanitize the treatment room and air it out.  

The office is equipped with multiple air filters and a UVC light to remove harmful particles from the air in all treatment rooms.

Susanne uses disposable items whenever possible. All non-disposable instruments used during treatment are immersed in hospital-grade sterilization solution after every client.

Susanne will wear a mask and gloves for the entirety of your visit. Clients are kindly asked to wear masks until their treatment begins and after it ends.

Hand sanitizers are readily available for your use in the waiting room and all treatment rooms.
