If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.  You can do this online via Vagaro.

Less than 48 hours before your appointment time, you will no longer be able to use Vagaro to make changes or cancellations. If you need to make changes or cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment time, you must text Susanne directly at (301) 442 2927 to let her know.

No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full amount of the visit.
